We recommend registering first to ensure your abstract is fully submitted before the deadline.

Yes. WCI 2027 is a fully hybrid event. Virtual delegates can access live-streamed plenary sessions, keynotes, and selected symposia in real time. All sessions are available on-demand for 90 days post-congress. A dedicated virtual networking platform is also available for virtual attendees.

Yes. All plenary sessions, keynote lectures, and most symposia will be recorded and made available to registered participants through the congress platform within 48 hours of each session. Recordings will remain accessible for 90 days after the congress closes.

Yes. Registrations may be transferred to another delegate free of charge up to October 10, 2027. Please contact info@wci2027.com with the details of both the original and new registrant.

Yes. Groups of 5 or more from the same institution receive a 10% discount, and groups of 10 or more receive a 15% discount. Please contact info@wci2027.com for group booking arrangements.

The abstract submission deadline is June 15, 2027 at 23:59 IST. No late submissions will be accepted. We strongly recommend submitting well before the deadline to avoid any technical issues.

Yes, each person may be listed as a co-author on multiple abstracts. However, each individual may only be listed as the first (presenting) author on a maximum of 2 abstracts.

All submitting authors will be notified of the acceptance decision by email in July 2027. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to either an oral or poster presentation slot. The scientific committee's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

Minor edits can be made to submitted abstracts until the submission deadline of June 15, 2027. After this date, no changes are permitted. Please review your abstract carefully before the deadline.

India offers an e-Visa facility for nationals of most countries. Delegates should apply for an e-Conference Visa (or Regular Conference Visa) online at indianvisaonline.gov.in. Official invitation letters for visa support are available from the congress secretariat after registration is confirmed. See our Visa Information guide for full details.

Yes. WCI 2027 has negotiated special rates at several hotels near the The Ananta, Udaipur. Hotel booking codes will be provided in your registration confirmation email.

Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR) is the nearest airport, approximately 25 km from The Ananta, Udaipur. Direct flights operate from Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad.

To attend the World Congress on Itch you should hold an e-Conference Visa (or a Regular Conference Visa). Attending a professional conference on a tourist visa is not appropriate and may cause difficulties at immigration.

Complete your congress registration; your invitation letter will then be available in your login dashboard, and the MEA political clearance will be published on the congress website 2–3 months before the conference.

The e-Conference Visa permits up to 30 days from arrival, which may include tourism. It is single-entry, non-extendable and non-convertible. For a longer or multi-entry trip, apply for the appropriate regular visa instead.

Apply for a Regular Conference Visa at your nearest Indian Embassy or Consulate as early as possible, using the invitation and clearance documents provided by the organisers. Contact the WCI travel desk for support.

A preliminary programme overview will be published in May 2027. The full detailed programme — including all session times, speakers, and abstracts — will be available from August 2027 via the congress website and app.

Yes. The WCI 2027 congress app will be available for download from August 2027. It features a personalised schedule builder, speaker profiles, venue maps, live updates, interactive Q&A, and networking functions. Details will be sent to all registered delegates.

WCI 2027 is applying for European CME accreditation (EACCME). Details of the accreditation and number of credits will be confirmed and communicated to delegates closer to the congress date. Certificates of attendance are provided to all registered delegates.
