Policies

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Organizing Committee of WCI 2027 has established the following cancellation and refund policy for all registered attendees. By completing registration, attendees agree to the terms outlined below.

50% Refund
On or before 17 September 2027
Any time up to 1 month prior to the congress start date — 50% refund of the registration fee.
No Refund
On or after 18 September 2027
Within 30 days of the congress start date, including during the congress — no refund.
How to Cancel
Written request required
Email info@wci2027.com with the reason for cancellation. A cancellation is effective only after formal confirmation is issued.
Refund Processing
On or after 19 November 2027
Approved refunds are processed one month after the congress ends, to the original mode of payment.

No refunds for no-shows or early departure. This policy covers registration fees only (not travel, accommodation, or visa costs). Read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.
