Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Organizing Committee of WCI 2027 has established the following cancellation and refund policy for all registered attendees. By completing registration, attendees agree to the terms outlined below.
Section 1
Cancellation Timelines and Refund Eligibility
50% Refund
On or before 17 September 2027
Any time up to 1 month prior to the congress start date — 50% refund of the registration fee.
No Refund
On or after 18 September 2027
Within 30 days of the congress start date, including during the congress — no refund.
Section 2
How to Cancel
To cancel a registration, the attendee must submit a written request by email to info@wci2027.com, stating the reason for cancellation.
Upon receipt, the conference team will review the request and send the attendee a formal cancellation confirmation email. A cancellation is not considered effective until this confirmation has been issued.
Section 3
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed only for cancellations that meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1.
- All approved refunds will be processed by the conference team one (1) month after the conclusion of the congress (i.e., on or after 19 November 2027).
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed with the conference team.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the attendee’s bank or card issuer.
Section 4
Additional Notes
- No refunds, in full or in part, will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the congress start date, for no-shows, or for early departure from the congress.
- This policy applies to registration fees only and does not cover any third-party costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, or visa fees) incurred by the attendee.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend this policy; any changes will be reflected on this page.
